I've been back in Texas heat for 2 weeks now, and working hard to catch up on research projects, university work, and various issues around the house. The season at Pinnacle Point was exhausting and wonderful. We had a great crew of about 25 people on site this year (and more out on a second open air site). The international mix this year included Australia, Germany, Canada, the US, South Africa, Greece, Norway, and a British/New Zealand hybrid (sorry if I left anyone out). We had a near record season for plotted finds. Although we'd originally planned to have 5 total stations going, unfortunately we lost two to the repair shop early in the season. Still - the three remaining machines didn't get much down time. For a video tour of the season, see the YouTube video link on my news page!
